Melbourne Times

Howdy ho!
I'm in melbourne now, if you did not know earlier...dunno who keeps calling me cellphone still r('_')...
The weather is fine...good old melbourne vintage....blue sunny skies, chilly breezes...one thing I'm still not very use to is the places that changed around the city(don't get me wrong i think it looks fine, well, most places)....just not the way it used to be when i was back in skool... remembering the days i get off the bus, walk thru mebourne central and all.... and seeing the students hanging around... new generation @_@....i'm old.... but I look no less a kid than they...HA

Anyway, I spent...and spent and spent already :D...went to most favourite places...chapel, greville, brunswick, lygon, st.kilda, camberwell market....prolly will pay retrostar and bazaar more visits...muahaha... Also, I don't think brunswick street is what is used to be either...changing bit by bit...the shops...glammed up a little....I don't really care for these changes.......maybe i'm too judgemental, will pay another visit to make sure :)

Oh yes, I watched on the plane back here The Island, Charlie and the Choc Factory, and Lords of Dogtown...Totally loved that movie (LOD i mean), ought to get a dvd copy of it ...must MUST.

Soho... is where we went today. Good old vintage early yumcha session at 蓮香 with the oldies was...good.

A visit to Hollywood Rd for some antique shopping (turned out to be the main attraction of today's journey), got ripped off, got a great deal, found a fantastic watch that did not work - did not get - got regrets...great.

Hung around at the soho area and bumped into a gallery - o.p.t ... started talking with the director about life drawing classes...and then found out she is also a Melbournian~ and also a RMIT student~....bloody fantastic.

Lemon tarts & lamingtons at Startbucks after Harvey Nichols was also very good...

Everything was good...

P.S. Thanks for the morning call! Swe-e-et as-s-s-s-s-sss!
